PLEASE NOTE
- The applicant must agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by the organisers.
- Children under 18yrs must an NOC from Parents to participate in Children’s/Teen’s events.
- Children under 15 yrs must accompany their parents during the grooming and the finale .
- The applicant should meet the age criteria based on the even’s requirements. The applicant will be required to produce their age proof (Passport, birth certificate, school leaving certificate etc).
- The applicant should meet the criteria and civil status stated on each events’ requirements
- The applicant should fall in the ethnic category stated in the competition requirements
- The applicant should be good in health. Only persons of good health and moral character can participate.
- The applicant should not be under any commercial contract with any modeling agency at the time of appearing for the auditions.
- The applicant must be kind to mankind and to animals & helpful to spread love to mankind.
- The applicant must never have indulged any criminal activities. The applicant must be free from any drug addiction.
- The organizers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on any account and for any reason whatsoever.
- The applicant once short listed cannot be a part of any other commercial contract without an NOC from Massimo Mondo
- The regional round expenses (Travel & Stay) will have to be borne by the participant.
- The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout as per schedule given. No malpractice allowed. Influencing judges or authorities will be strictly considered for the disqualification from the event
- The organisers are not responsible for any physical injury that occur to the applicant account of their participation in the event.
- Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after participation.
- The decision of the judges is final in all cases.
- The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the organisers.
- In the event of any dispute, the organisers decisions are final and binding on the applicant.
- The organization has the complete rights for the photographs, videos shot during the event. Contestants grant permission to t organizers for the unrestricted use of these materials for promotional and marketing purposes.
- Applicants understands and agrees that any misconduct, negative attitude or mis representation of themselves or other participants, through any form, be it oral, written and/or by actions, will be grounds for disqualification.
- The contestants must respect the culture and customs of the host country.
- Contestants are not permitted to engage with any press or media outlets without prior approval from the organization. Unauthorized interactions may result in disqualification from the event.
- The organizers have all the right to cancel, reschedule, postpone, amend the show.
- The fees paid towards registration and grooming is non-refundable and not transferable in full or in part under any circumstances.
- Please note that if you fail to join the event of auditions for three consecutive times, the registration will be considered null and void.
- Contestant further understands that if selected a winner in her competition, that for one year her professional affairs as said winner will be under the sole management of the Massimo Mondo and that they will not be given any written or oral endorsements without the express written permission of same.
- During their reign, all Titleholders agree to be loyal to the Pageant Company and give their time and energy to their pageant title only.
- Contestants understand and agree that if selected as a Titleholder, all decisions concerning production, promotions, photographs, advertising, program, media, social media, endorsements, testimonials, appearance, and all other aspects of the company.
- Titleholder agrees that Massimo Mondo will be informed of and approve all appearances. Crowns and sashes remain the property of the Pageant. Any Contestant that defaults on their contract must return all prizes, crown and other things to the Massimo Mondo’s office in the condition in which it was received.
